Continuous Panel Forming Process

The resin mixture is uniformly deposited on the moving film at a certain speed. The thickness of the resin is controlled by the broach. The glass fiber roving is chopped and evenly distributed on the resin, and then a top film is applied to form a sandwich structure. The wet components are passed through a curing oven to form a composite board.
