Chop Strand Mat
Product Description
Chop strand mat is a non-woven E or C fiberglass mat product manufactured by spreading continues filament roving of 50mm length randomly and uniformly in combination with polyester binder in power from(or other binder in emulsion form).
It is characterized by good combination of resin, easy operation, good wet strength extension, good laminate transparency and low cost. It is suitable for the applications by hand lay-up FRP moldings, such as: various sheet and panels, boat hulls, bath tubs, cooling towers, corrosion resistant, vehicles etc.

Packaging
Each Powder chop strand mat is wound onto a paper tube which has an inside diameter of 90mm. The roll outside diameter is approximately 265mm.
Each roll is wrapped up in plastic film and then packed in a cardboard box. The rolls are stacked horizontally or vertically onto pallets. All pallets are stretch wrapped and strapped to maintain stability during transport.
