FRP composite panels are usually made of two or more materials. We can produce a variety of FRP composite panels with different core materials. The conventional types are FRP PP honeycomb composite panels, FRP XPS composite panels, FRP PU composites plate. Different composite panels choose different core materials and have different characteristics. Therefore, dry truck customers need to pay attention to the following points when choosing FRP composite panels:
1. The dry truck compartment is a compartment with lower requirements than other types of compartments such as refrigerated and fresh-keeping trucks. The compartments are not required to have special requirements such as refrigeration, heat preservation, heat insulation, and flame retardancy. Therefore, when selecting FRP composite panels, there is no need to select some special requirements. FRP composite panels with general performance characteristics can be directly used.
2. The dry truck compartment is required to be dry, light and waterproof. Therefore, when making the carriage, you can choose the glass fiber reinforced plastic PP honeycomb composite board, which is light in weight, high in strength, and can withstand strong external forces.
3. Due to the light weight of dry trucks, glass fiber reinforced plastic PP honeycomb composite panels with a thickness of 20mm and 25mm can be selected.
