FRP sculpture can not only be used as decorative parts, but also can be used as structural materials, especially in small batch production, the use of FRP products can reduce costs, shorten production cycles, reduce tooling costs, improve parts quality, and can achieve good ventilation in the workshop And keep it dry, the relative humidity should be less than 80%, the temperature should be 15°C-25°C, and avoid drafts, otherwise it will easily cause excessive styrene volatilization, incomplete curing of the resin, and sticky surface of the product.
FRP materials should be kept in the warehouse at a temperature below 20°C. The storage period of the resin should not exceed its storage period. The glass fiber should be placed in a dry place, and the accelerator should not exceed its storage period. The resin and curing agent should be stored in a cool place away from the workplace. The curing agent and accelerator should be kept away. The agent cannot be in contact with paper, cotton or other cellulose fabrics, otherwise it is easy to cause spontaneous combustion.
