2. Resin matrix
The continuous FRP corrugated board molding process mostly uses unsaturated polyester resin (UP) resin, which has high mechanical strength, good weather resistance and impact resistance, and also has low shrinkage and appropriate viscosity, so that the glass The fiber has good impregnation and blasting properties.
3. Films
The film used for continuous FRP corrugated board forming requires smooth surface and no wrinkles. The most important thing is to have high tensile strength and certain heat resistance to ensure that the film does not deform during the corrugated board forming process. According to FRP corrugated board use film It can be divided into two types: craft film and anti-aging film.
a. Ethylene fluoride film has excellent aging resistance to atmosphere and light, which can make the corrugated board last up to 20 years.
b. Polyester film.
4. Other auxiliary materials
The auxiliary materials in the resin formula used in FRP sheets include initiators, accelerators, pigment lakes, and ultraviolet absorbers. Now methyl ethyl ketone peroxide is commonly used, and the accelerator is cobalt isooctanoate solution, which makes the corrugated board pure in color, especially transparent. The light transmittance of the board is as high as more than 87%.
