Site verification
1. After the initial treatment on the clean floor (usually epoxy primer), when positioning the equipment, locate the partition wall according to the design drawing, and determine whether the site size conflicts with the drawing size and equipment location;
2. Check the levelness of the ground on site to see if the fluctuations are large, whether it is necessary to make the bottom of the color steel plate wall flat, or to level the ground by laying asphalt oil and sealing tape;
Installation requirements
3. Fixing the trough aluminum: before fixing the trough aluminum, the line must be laid out and the deviation cannot exceed 5mm. When the trough aluminum on the ground is installed, apply a layer of asphalt oil to seal the installation position, and if necessary, paste a 40mm wide sealing tape; trough aluminum Use M6 expansion screws to fix, the spacing does not exceed 1100mm;
4. Keel fixing: Determine the distance between the keels according to the requirements of the drawings. If it is a concrete roof with a lower floor, it can be positioned on the top surface. The top surface; if it is a steel grid, it is determined according to the site conditions and drawing requirements; when the keel is connected and fixed with the color steel plate, it must be pressed tightly with an angle iron, and no gaps should be left;
5. Fixing the inner arc: first install the base of the inner arc, the base can be sawed into a section of about 250mm, and the distance between the bases is about 500mm, that is, the ratio of the inner arc is about 1:2;
6. The outer arc is fixed: the outer arc must be tightly connected with the color steel plate, and the outer arc column shall not be connected;
7. Door and window installation: The installation position and opening direction of doors and windows are determined according to the requirements of the drawings. The single-open door should be opened on the same color steel plate as much as possible, and the center line of the double-open door should be at the joint of the plate seam as far as possible, so that the cut color steel plate can be used as the door. Body; the profiles of doors and windows must be connected tightly without gaps;
8. Installation of the air outlet (residual pressure valve): the installation of the air outlet on the ceiling should be constructed according to the drawings, avoiding the keel, the row (return) air outlet on the wall should be installed 200mm from the ground, and the residual pressure valve should be installed on the lower side of the airflow direction;
9. Appearance requirements: The overall installation must be straight and beautiful, and there must be no collision or scratch marks. The protective film must be torn at the end. The board must be tightly connected, and the glue must be tight and straight, and there must be no gaps;
