1. Look at the transparency. A good glass fiber reinforced plastic tile has a transmittance of more than 80%. The worse the transparency, the more material is recycled in the raw material.
2. Look at the thickness. The thicker the material, the more sufficient it is, the higher the proportion, the higher the cost, and the better the quality of the plate.
3. The harder the FRP tile sample is bent, the more immovable it is, indicating the higher the strength and the better the quality.
4. Check the polyethylene protective film on the surface of the FRP tile and whether there are air bubbles inside. If the film is improperly applied and there are a lot of bubbles, it means that the manufacturer's production equipment is backward in technology and the quality is difficult to guarantee.
5. Look at the smoothness of the glass fiber reinforced plastic tile. The smoother the FRP tiles, the more stable the quality. There are no impurities in the raw material.
6. Look at the price. The price of FRP tiles of the same type and thickness varies greatly from different manufacturers. We must be careful whether the cheap quality is guaranteed.
