2. The elastic modulus of FRP tiles is low. The elastic modulus of FRP is twice as large as that of wood, but 10 times smaller than that of steel (E=2.1×106), so it often feels lack of rigidity and easy deformation in the product structure. the

Compensation method: It can be made into a thin shell structure, a sandwich structure, or it can be supplemented by high modulus fibers or ribs.

3. The long-term temperature resistance of FRP tiles is poor. Generally, FRP cannot be used at high temperatures for a long time. The strength of general-purpose polyester FRP drops significantly above 50°C, and it is usually only used below 100°C; general-purpose epoxy FRP is above 60°C. , the intensity decreased significantly.

Compensation method: choose high temperature resistant resin.
