The structure of the glass fiber cloth insulation layer is misplaced, causing the building structure to be unstable and cracks
In recent years, there are many energy-saving building practices in my country. In order to reduce the cost, some architects have chosen inner insulation, sandwich insulation, self-insulation and so on. The above-mentioned methods form two different temperature environments for the envelope of the building, causing different deformations in different temperature environments, forming an unstable state of the building structure, and causing cracks in the building structure (see Figure 1). At present, the thermal conductivity of high-efficiency thermal insulation materials used in building thermal insulation in China is below 0.06W/(m.K). These high-efficiency insulation materials have strong thermal blocking capabilities. There are large temperature differences in different parts of the building structure on both sides of these high-efficiency insulation materials.
Taking the wall insulation form of internal insulation as an example, the wall and floor inside the insulation layer are affected by the indoor temperature environment, and the annual temperature difference does not change much, generally within 10C; the outer wall outside the insulation layer is affected by the outdoor environment temperature. The annual temperature difference varies greatly, generally around 50--80C. The heavy wall material deforms about one ten thousandth when the temperature changes by 10C. A 50m-high internal insulation building will experience a deformation difference of 25~-40mm between the inner wall and the outer wall due to the deformation of the annual temperature difference.
Due to the change of the temperature environment on both sides of the insulation layer, the building forms a new temperature field. Compared with the buildings without insulation, there is a big difference in their motion state. As a result of different deformations in different parts of this building structure, cracks will occur in many places on the wall, and the roof waterproof layer along the parapet will be damaged, resulting in waterproof leakage in the basement.
This makes the water in the building unstable for a long time and repeatedly causes many phenomena, which we call "internal insulation technology syndrome".
