Features of FRP tiles:
1. The product is classified as flammable material. When a fire breaks out, the indoor thick smoke can be discharged after active combustion, which can reduce the casualties of the fire. The product does not produce molten droplets during the incineration process, which can effectively maintain the safety of on-site personnel.
2. It maintains stable performance in the temperature range of -40℃-120℃, without high temperature softening and high cold embrittlement; it can also be designed into a double-layer structure, which has better thermal insulation effect, especially suitable for winter production in farms in the northern cold region.
3. It is anti-shattering and super impact-resistant, which can block the impact of wind, snow and hail, and prevent the formation of nail hole expansion and water leakage.
4. Corrosion resistance, the lighting tile belongs to the polymer material, it is not easy to be damaged, and has strong corrosion resistance.
The common standards and characteristics of FRP tiles are shared today. Compared with ordinary lighting tiles and FRP sheets, FRP tiles are more prone to yellowing, but it will not affect the quality. Only the light transmittance tile rate will decrease with the increase of the service life.
