At present, the electronic-grade glass fiber cloth thin fabric on the market has unsatisfactory fiber opening effect, small width of warp and weft yarn, and poor fiber opening uniformity. During the weaving process of electronic cloth, the warp yarn bears a tension of about 20Kg, and this resistance must be overcome during fiber opening. Therefore, the fiber opening effect is poor. The surface roughness and flatness of the prepreg produced by this kind of cloth are large.
