Pipe wrapping cloth is divided according to density and width. The first is the selection of the width of glass fiber cloth. The width of the cloth used is determined according to the diameter of the pipe you want to wrap. For thick pipe strength, use a wider cloth, otherwise, use a narrower cloth. Secondly, the density of glass fiber cloth should be selected. The density of the cloth used in ordinary pipes should not be too thin or too dense. 8*8.10*10 is more suitable.
usage:
①Anti-corrosion: first remove the rust from the pipeline, and coat the outer layer of the pipeline with suitable density fiber cloth and asphalt coating or other products at the same time. Usually two or three layers.
②Insulation: After the anti-corrosion treated pipeline is wrapped with a thermal insulation quilt or thermal insulation pipe, use a fiber cloth with a suitable width and suitable density to wrap it on the outside of the thermal insulation layer and then paint or directly wrap it with asphalt cloth.
Performance: anti-corrosion, buried in the ground will not rot, placed in the air will not be weathered, not afraid of water, not afraid of the sun.
