1).Clean the mold:
The surface of the mold must be cleaned before use, and the cleaning agent and water (such as propyl ketone, which has a dissolving effect on the resin) must be used repeatedly to make the glass fiber reinforced plastic achieve a mirror effect and remove all dust, particles and oil stains on the surface of the mold.
2).Clean environment:
Construction sites are cleaned every day. Waste resin and articles should be disposed of in time; flying dust and production debris stick to wet resin, which will affect product quality.
3).Tool cleaning:
Production tools should be cleaned by dedicated personnel, which is good for operation and can be cleaned one by one. Due to resin agglomeration, easy falling off, dust and other factors, the quality of glass fiber reinforced plastics is affected.
(1)Provide clean tools for batching plants and slurry manufacturers, and record tool usage and damage.
(2) After removing the residual resin on the tool, place the tool in an airtight container, soak it in acetone (except FRP tools), and let it stand.
(3)Any tool delivered for use should be a thousand boring.
(4)Waxed towels and wool pads should be made of hot fat. After washing with soapy water or detergent, dry it with clean water. Detergents were also replaced by hot, aqueous solutions of soda ash, changing the habit of using expensive and dangerous acetone as a cleaning agent.
(5)The rubber-coated special container should be cleaned every time it is used, the shell and particles are not allowed, and wax should not be applied to the inner wall of the appliance for the convenience of cleaning.
