Technical Description

FRP cover

1. Reinforcement material: glass fiber;

2. Substrate material: the resin is high-quality chemical-resistant isophthalic acid resin;

3. Auxiliary materials: flame retardants, toughening agents, reinforcing agents, water-resistant agents, and anti-ultraviolet agents, etc.;

4. Production process: the mold is poured once;

5. Finished product composition: corrosion-resistant layer, weather-resistant layer;

6. Technical parameters: tensile strength ≮200 Pa impact strength ≮20 J/cm2

The scope of work

Job content (including but not limited to) as follows:

1. For the design of the cover plate, please refer to the attached drawing.

2. The cover plate and the cover plate are connected by a cover-edge flange or a cover-over-edge connection, and the gap is sealed with resin thin glue and glass silica gel to play a waterproof role.

3. The joints between the cover plate and the pipeline, and between the pipeline and the pipeline are opened on site and reinforced with resin glass fiber links, and the dilute cement is sealed to play a waterproof role.

4. M12 expansion bolts are used to connect the cover plate and the concrete base of the pool wall. Considering the vertical error of the ditch wall during construction, Party B can choose the following two options and be approved by Party A:

a) Set the full-length galvanized angle steel at the shelving place.

b) Customized according to field measured data.

5. The FRP cover plates of each pool are assembled on site and laid in blocks.

6. Drill holes in the flange or compound connection between the blocks, and use 304 stainless steel bolts above M10 to connect, and the distance between two adjacent bolts is 20cm.

7. On-site sealing and sealing between flanges or between multiple connections.

8. The color of the cover plate shall be determined by Party A before delivery.

9. According to the requirements of Party A, due to the large span of the cover plate, the practice of pre-embedding flat iron or angle steel at the plane of the cover plate is adopted to further strengthen the large-span cover plate.

10. The products and accessories provided by Party B shall meet the site environmental requirements.


Performance acceptance test

1. The purpose of the performance acceptance test is to check whether all the performance of the contract equipment meets the technical requirements.

2. If Party A proposes a performance test report, Party B shall provide it.

3. Time of performance test: generally within 6 months after 168 hours.
