When the mesh is overlapped, it is generally required not to be less than 50mm. During the thermal insulation construction, the special parts that are prone to cracks have also been strengthened accordingly. For example, in the first layer method, double-layer glass fiber mesh cloth is generally laid in the anti-crack layer, and metal corner guards are added at the yin and yang corners. For special parts such as stiles, parapets, leggings, deformation joints, settlement joints, etc., local strengthening treatment is required. The outer wall mesh cloth is required to wrap the corners and other parts. At the openings of doors and windows and other easy-to-crack parts, the reinforcement mesh is slanted at a 45-degree angle. The temperature stress can be dispersed not only in the vertical and horizontal directions, but also in the 45-degree angle direction, so that the temperature stress can be dispersed more widely, thus ensuring that cracks will not appear in these easy-to-crack parts. The anti-crack protective layer should not be too thick, and the position of the alkali-resistant plastic-coated glass fiber mesh pressed into it should be reasonable, that is, the position of the mesh cloth should be close to the surface of the anti-crack protective layer, and it is best to be exposed rather than exposed. , so that the mesh cloth can fully play its role, especially the stress generated in the thermal insulation layer and the anti-cracking protective layer can be well dispersed.
