So how do you discern the quality of FRP gratings with a clever eye? To determine the quality of a product starts with the raw materials it uses, and then to determine the product. A. Selection of original materials. The original materials used in the FRP grating are resin, fiberglass fiber filaments, and calcium powder added in a ratio of 1:1:1. The resin selected for the FRP grating: unsaturated phthalic resin 196, colorless and transparent. Low viscosity, low exotherm, low shrinkage, high-speed curing, high-speed compatibility, bright brilliance. In the glass fiber reinforced plastic grille, the fiberglass fiber wire can enhance the resistance of the grille. The strength of glass fiber reinforced plastic fiber such as alkali-free fiberglass fiber is higher than that of steel wire. It has a certain resistance, chemical stability, good weather resistance, almost no water absorption and fire, and its high strength can also be used as tire cord. On the contrary, inferior additives are rough and dark in nature, not flame-retardant, and the boards produced have no brilliance and are more brittle and impervious.
B. Comparison of products. FRP grating products have no obvious cracks on the surface, fewer pores, bright and pure color, good transparency, certain resistance, high strength, good surface finish, and long service life. Inferior FRP grating products have cracks on the surface, more pores, and impure colors. Its service life is also short.
C. Practice is a regular time for checking the truth and a fair referee. The actual strength of the FRP grille will be exposed in the process of practical use. The color of the FRP grille will be slightly dim after a few years of use, and the whole board will be intact and there is no obvious hazard. The inferior FRP grille will not withstand.
