1. PVC plastic steel tile should not be used directly on the thermal insulation material;
2. Construction safety, in order to ensure personal safety:
(1) Ladders or other facilities that meet the requirements should be used during the construction process;
(2) During the installation process, one should not step on between two sandalwood bars;
(3) Installation work should not be carried out under the temperature conditions below -10°C and in wet and slippery weather such as rain and snow.
3. The design requires that the roof tile series, wall version series, non-demolition and suspended ceiling series are suitable for the height-span ratio of the roof truss to be between 1:5 and 1:6. Each tile should be constructed in strict accordance with the required sandalwood strip spacing.
4. Construction method
(1) Lap
The wave tile series overlaps two tiles, roof tiles, wall panels, non-demolition, and ceiling series all overlap one tile; the length overlap (longitudinal overlap) cannot be less than
100mm.
(2) Fixed
Roof tiles, wall panels, dismantling-free, and ceiling series can be fixed with hooks or self-tapping screws.
The wave tile series must be fixed with hooks, wooden sandalwood strips are not allowed, and wooden nails are used for fixing. Two sets of accessories should be installed evenly for each sandalwood strip and tile, and the accessories must be fixed on the crest. At the longitudinal edge of the tile, each wave crest should be fixed on the sandalwood bar with accessories, and additional reinforcement measures are required in windy areas. When the wall panel is installed, two or more rivets should be used to fix between every two sandalwood strips at the junction of the two wall panels. When installing the tile hook, use a rubber pad under the tile. When tightening the nut, the tightness should be moderate, and must not be too tight. When installing the ridge house, the tiles on both sides and the ridge tiles should be installed at the same time.
(3) Use a circular fine-tooth saw when cutting tiles.
