2) Spraying on the surface of the board: If the matte gel coat surface needs to be sprayed, it is recommended to use PU paint according to the material of the board, and the combination effect is ideal;
3) Plate connection: The plate connection is divided into splicing, butt joint, lap joint, etc. For the specific process, please refer to the company's technical documents;
4) Excessive bending of the corrugated plate can easily cause surface cracks or fiber breakage.
5) Pay attention to the isolation of dust and the protection of operators during the process of cutting, grinding, polishing, etc. Avoid contact with skin, eyes or inhalation.
6) When receiving the goods, please confirm that the outer packaging is intact and the board is not wet before signing for it.
Storage conditions:
1) Unsaturated polyester resin products are flammable and should be stored away from open flames.
2) Heavy pressure is prohibited during transportation and storage of coils and sheets;
3) The product should not be stored in the open air for a long time, so as to avoid rain or rain soaking, long-term rain, so that the soaked area of the product cannot be dried, resulting in blistering, color difference and other problems. It is recommended that products that are stored for a long time should be stored indoors, or kept under cover in the open air, and it is best to use them within 3 months;
4) Avoid collision, drop and scratch during handling;
