2. Perform good lubrication on the machine regularly, and master the lubrication method during use. This can effectively improve the production efficiency of the FRP pultrusion equipment, and at the same time can avoid failures caused by the lubrication process.
3. When using the machine for the first time, it should be noted that the oil pump of the machine should be filled with oil at the first start. The oil pump should be started in winter. If the oil temperature is below 15℃, it should be preheated first. The working oil temperature of the machine exceeds 60℃. It should be shut down for cooling, and the normal working temperature should be between 15 and 55℃.
4. The wearing parts of the machine and the fire extinguishing equipment should be replaced regularly to keep the working voltage stable and prevent electrical components such as electromagnets from burning out.
