Primer: The primer is made of epoxy resin. The rubber must be prepared strictly according to the ratio. The surface of the base layer after treatment should be coated with primer within 8 hours. After the coating of the rubber material is completed, it should be cured naturally until the surface is dry, and putty should be applied.
Scraping putty: Prepare putty strictly according to the ratio, fill up the small holes and cracks, and scrape and fill the deeper and larger holes in stages.
Lined glass cloth
Strictly prepare interlining rubber according to the ratio of various types of resins. The viscosity of the resin compound should be able to penetrate the glass cloth without flowing. Glass cloth should be surface treated. The treatment method is to remove the wax on the surface of the cloth by flame baking, then package it, and store it in a dry place for later use. The glass cloth should be pasted after the primer is dry, and the cloth should be compacted in time to drive out the air bubbles.
The glue should be applied at the same time as the patch. The area of glue applied each time is not more than 10% of the patch area. When patching, dip a little glue with a brush and tap the cloth surface so that the glass cloth is completely soaked. At the same time, drive out the gas remaining under the cloth surface, and maintain it at room temperature until the surface is dry. Repeat the above procedure until the design thickness is reached. When the surface of the interlining layer is dry, the deployment and brushing of the top coat are carried out. The material used for the topcoat should be the same as that of the glue used for the interlining. The construction of chopped glass fiber mat and surface mat is carried out according to the above process. The pasting of each layer of FRP should be carried out after the above defects have been dealt with
