Before fixing the pilot hole, the hole diameter must be larger than 6-9mm of the fixing screw, which is used for thermal expansion and contraction.
7. When each FRP tile is overlapped longitudinally, it must be stacked at least 20CM, and two water-stop tapes should be placed on the stacking part.
8. When fixing the FRP tile, a good flashing washer must be used to make it between the FRP tile and the screw to facilitate waterproof and dustproof.
9. After inserting the flashing washer into the screw, lock it into the sandalwood with an electric drill to fix the FRP tile.
10. During the construction of FRP tiles, it is strictly forbidden to step on the FRP tiles directly to avoid cracking of the FRP tiles. A non-slip thick wooden board should be placed, and the feet should be stepped on to conduct the guide holes and fixing screws of the FRP tiles.
