Construction ready
(1) Tools and auxiliary materials. Forced mixer or mortar mixer, welding machine plastic film, expansion joint filling material, tamping tools, anchor nails.
(2) Preparation of raw materials. The refractory fiber castable (dry material) is prepared in the factory and packed in a woven bag with plastic lining, and there is a small bag of compound coagulant separately packaged in the bag. Before construction, transport the materials to the site, store them in different categories, and keep them properly to prevent the packaging bags from being damaged, and it is strictly forbidden to be exposed to moisture and rain.
(3) Remove welding slag, floating rust, loose scale and oil on the inner surface of the furnace shell steel plate.
(4) The construction ambient temperature should not be less than 109C (the ideal ambient temperature should not be less than 20C). Rainproof measures should be taken in rainy season construction, and warm-keeping measures should be taken in winter construction.
